I must say that i was impressed with the service to begin with but have not been let down. I was offerd no reassurance from the person to whom i spoke when i called to find out where the bus was they said that i was down as a "NO SHOW" this was not true. I booked my pick up for 9.45am on Sunday 16 October, and was advised that it would not get there till 9.53am to which agreed this would be fine. I arrived at the stop a few minutes before it was due, 9.53 came and went, i allowed the "10 minutes" that it states on your website then called the office, to be told that i was down as a "NO SHOW" then she said she would contact the driver to see if he wanted to come back. I asked so what do i do in the meantime as i could tell that there was no way of her knowing how long the driver would take to respond. Subsequently i had to cancel the booking and call a taxi...... I was not impressed!!
