Yorkshire Pudding
3 cups sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup milk Sift the flour and salt together. Beat the eggs until
light and add the sifted ingredients. Add the milk gradually and beat for about two minutes with a whisk. Prepare the pudding to pour
into the pan 30 minutes before beef has finished roasting Place the beef to one side of the roasting tin and pour off a small about of
fat. Place the beef on a plate to rest. Pour the Yorkshire Pudding mixture into the roasting tin . Return to the oven and cook about 30
minutes. Cut into squares and serve with the roast beef. Our
